FAQ

Questions,

answered honestly.

No hype, no fine-print games. If you don’t see your question here, call us at (832) 359-2773 — a real person answers.

How long does credit repair take?

Every file is different. Most clients work with us for several months, and we review progress together every 30–45 days. No honest company can promise you a timeline — be cautious of anyone who does.

Do you guarantee a score increase?

No — and you should be cautious of anyone who does. We challenge items that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and we coach you on the habits that shape your score. Results depend on your file and how creditors respond.

Can you help if I have an ITIN instead of an SSN?

Yes. ITIN clients are a big part of what we do. We help you address negative items, understand how credit works in the U.S., and build toward the same financial and homeownership goals as any other client.

What do you need from me to get started?

Complete the intake form, set up a credit monitoring account, and have your photo ID, Social Security card, and proof of address ready. The intake page walks you through each step.

Why do you need my credit monitoring login?

Credit monitoring lets us view your three-bureau reports and track changes without adding hard inquiries to your file. It's how we build your dispute plan and measure progress.

Do we have to meet in person?

No. Consultations happen by phone or video, and the entire process can be handled remotely — wherever you are.
